Interview
Had a phone screen with NLT talking about a network engineer job. Got questioned about my experience with wifi, open source software, asterisk, as well as some general questions about my software development/admin experience.
The interview was with a manager, and two engineers. It followed a mix of technical and personality based questions. They did not seem terribly well prepared, and it did not appear that they had other candidates they were interviewing for the role.

They tried to ask me questions about how I would react in difficult situations on customer sites when there are technical problems that I can't resolve.. very vague, and almost felt like a scare tactic. Be prepared for left-field questions like this.
