The interview process consisted of a single zoom interview with three NIO staff which lasted for approximately 30 minutes. They were friendly and attentive with three questions and follow-up questions and left time for me to ask questions at the end.

Face to face interview with a manager with another on video call. Questions asked to explain experiences at work that display qualities that would relate and benefit the role applied for. The 'STAR' system is expected to be used for answers.
