The interview process involved three rounds:
1. An initial interview.
2. An interview with a teaching professor.
3. A teaching presentation in front of a larger group of faculty members and leaders.
This part-time teaching role is in a more traditional and controlled environment. While I encountered some open-minded and forward-thinking individuals, they were in the minority and not in leadership positions. The role seems better suited for those who prefer to work within established frameworks with pre-prepared teaching materials, rather than those who value independent thinking and innovation.
