hiring process included a written application and an interview. It was a general interview about the resume and the stuff done in projects and past experiences. It was easy and nothing technical or complex. Very friendly staff and HR department at the center.

Initial screening was a video conference call. Next up was a 3 hour in-person interview with the dept head, colleagues, and employees from depts this role works closely with. I was a finalist, but not asked to provide references. They ultimately went with someone with a higher ed background.
