First there was a phone interview, which normally you expect to be 15 minutes or so, but mine lasted about 45 minutes, there were questions they asked me, went over my resume, and talked to me about the position and the company. I also scheduled an in person interview for the following week at the end of the phone call. At my in person interview, I met with someone from HR and then the person who was leaving the position I was interviewing for. Both interviews were the most comfortable interviews I’ve ever had, it felt more like a conversation of getting to know each other and seeing if we were all a fit for each other instead of feeling like I was being sized up. I received a call later that day offering me the position and I accepted!
