Got ghosted by the HR even before a screening or panel round could happen. In fact, no screen call, just a logistical agreement, and straight to scheduling a panel round! Even before a time/date could have been set, they never got back to me. From the standpoint of professionalism, at least expected some communication from the HR. But I guess I should be relieved because I may have dodged a bullet!
