I applied online, received an email offering an interview and agreed to one via Teams. The date and time of the scheduled interview, the interviewer did not log in, and so I waited 20 minutes before giving up and reaching out to the recruiter. It took another almost 20 min for the recruiter to get back to me to let me know that the interviewer was off sick and offered to reschedule.
I agreed, and again at the date and time of the interview, was ready and waiting. The interviewer was nearly 10 minutes late and I was in the process of reaching out to the recruiter and she appeared. The interviewer started out informative, said a bit another process and the plan, and launched into questions about my resume, and giving feedback. She was dismissive of my current role, asking whether "you even use any of your nursing skills there". It caught me off guard... In a later question I was asked what medications I would administer to a patient ( I said, whatever ones are ordered and appropriate, which she didn't like), and then became frustrated that I didn't provide a medical diagnosis for a patient case study... The way it was phrased, I felt like I was being asked to overstep my nursing license in both cases.
The interview ended shortly after.
