I was contacted by HR initially via email. A phone interview was then scheduled with another person in HR. Before my initial interview, an application was given; I then met with two circulation manager's to discuss the position, their experience and overall feelings of the company. After this interview, a background check was performed, and I was invited back to meet with the VP of Circulation.
