Video call, interviewer was very new to Nordea. Job description did not say that coding will not be main part of the work. Non relevant questions being asked, non clear understanding of job defination
Very easy interview, no live coding. Much easier than industry standards. Interviewers were kind, questions well-crafted, overall a good experience that felt supportive, relaxed, and positive from start to finish.

Very lightweight interview. The interviewers were very polite, but I suppose that depends on the team and project. A few architectural questions about about monolithic vs micro service architecture, design patterns, testing in general.
