Great interview experience. The communication from the bank was quick between all the stages, and you knew what you were walking into. Three interview stages: Online application, phone interview and skype interview. The phone interview had somewhat technical questions, but mostly to get to know the candidate. The skype interview went more in depth with back-to-back interviews with analysts to directors.
