If you have read the other interview reviews on here- all of what you have read is spot on. There are four parts to the interview- the initial application, the 6 written question assessment + video submission, the mock coaching session with a difficult client, and the final Zoom interview. There was good communication throughout, I waited 1-2 days for each next step. I made it all the way through to the final interview. I thought I did a great job with the final interview- it was your standard behavioral question interview , (Tell me about a time you....). She asked me all of the hard questions and I answered all of them well. My interviewer then told me she didn't have any more questions for me around the 20 minute mark. I thought that was odd. I am a GREAT interviewer, I have never interviewed for anything and not gotten selected.(I'm 42 years old and have a lot of experience interviewing). Well, this time was different! I received my rejection email the following business day, with NO opportunity for feedback. I put a lot of time into this entire process which took more than 2 weeks of my time. I studied, stressed, and prepared my butt off for each step, only to receive a "thanks but no thanks" letter at the end of all of it. My interviewer told me that I did well and passed the mock coaching session, so that was not it. She must not have liked me? Was it personal? I am obviously qualified with a Masters Degree in Psychology, a ton of coaching experience, and a demonstrated ability to do the job (passing the mock). I'm giving this a negative rating due to the amount of work they ask of you, only to receive no feedback when they do not take you. Also, my interviewer was NOT friendly. I would answer her question, and there was no reflection, no engagement. She just started rapid firing asking the next question. Maybe I was unlucky and received a miserable employee for my final interview. And.... perhaps that says something about the job.
