Interview
The interview is a lengthy process. If you're looking for work then you may need to wait until you hear back from them. First, it is a two part interview divided into portions in which there is a written portion and then a personal video. If this is applicable then you are invited to a one hour long mock - coaching - interview.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
