Submit an application, fill out an online assessment, send in a video, wait to hear back. Middle of the road experience. Seems like an interesting company — nothing that would prevent me from recommending them to others.

Question 1
What are two characteristics that you think a health coach should have?
Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.

Interview
Interview in a multi-step process and was placed on a waitlist 2 years ago. I found the process to be a waste of time and energy. Congratulations were give, never a job
Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
