Phone screen and assessment were given. While I understand this being typical. It's a bit rude to ask someone to come up with a whole idea and presentation in 3 days and then reply with " we are going in a different direction and cannot provide feedback".

Not sure why this company is consistently voted as a top place to work because the office is falling apart at the seams. I had one zoom interview and then two on-sites which were a complete waste of my time. The only person that had personality was the chef and everyone else was reading interview questions off of an interview handbook. Recruiter never asked me beforehand what I was looking for in terms of pay so when the question finally came after two days of 3 hours each interview panels, she was shocked when I asked for what I asked. She fought with me on why I came about the number I came about but i informed her I already make way above what they were paying which was 70-75k. They are paying way below industry here. The hiring manager blatantly told me they wanted someone that would fit their clique. What?! She actually told me that there would be an office move to another floor in the building but someone in leadership told me it would actually be a two floor move! I wouldn't have been annoyed if I was just told this upfront. I was also asked to have a presentation ready to plan a company offsite for 100+ people with a $30,000 budget. I planned a small event because they gave me a small budget to work with and the hiring manager chastised me for what I had planned. My final interview panel was with the recruiter who took the call on zoom while I WAS AT NOOM OFFICE. She took the call from her bed/couch and was lying down the whole time. How unprofessional. There is no wonder this position has been open for some time. They also want you to work a 10+ hour shift here and be available for all after hour events for Noom and for external companies. PSA to all companies, please don't treat your Office Managers like slaves because we all know who really runs the space. Good riddance!
