I loved interviewing with Noom! They start out with a mock coaching session which is unique and really tested my skills to be a potential coach. Then I got to meet with a hiring staff member and she was so personable and kind. I really felt like I would fit in with this team once I got to meet her!

In my interview I was given a few scenarios for which I would then talk through my recommendations for that specific individual.
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
