Fast and concise. It centered around only relevant topics but it was also difficult. They intentionally test your patience in the coaching process. It’s great for the job context and preps you for the actual job.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
