Noodle Software Developer interview questions

My experience of the whole interview process was honestly a pleasant one although I didn't get too far in the process. I had an initial phone screen with Caroline, who was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The two software engineers I met for the behavioral/technical round were also very nice and helped me not feel intimidated or nervous. Based on my interactions with some of the staff, they seem to have a positive company culture.

Had one of the worst interviewing experiences with this company. Hope to never cross paths again. It started with a phone screen, phone interview, and an onsite lunch. The lunch that was initially scheduled for 2 hours but was extended to 5.5 hours. Most interview questions were continuously repetitive. They did not know what they were looking for and had a very limited understanding of the skills needed for their product. The leaderahip was very confused, unorganized, and arrogant. I'm very happy to not be working here. Would not recommend.
