Question 1
Standardized questions such as, "Can you recall a time that you made a mistake and how you fixed it?"

Interview
There were a couple of assessments one had to complete and pass before more assessments were sent to the interviewee. Upon passing the next round of assessments, you were allowed to do an interview through Indeed. Finally, you had an interview with HR before the last interview with the CEO and manager. This was an extremely daunting interview for a below-minimum-wage job! The company advertised a wage that was $5 below the hourly min wage in my city.

Question 1
How do you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

Interview
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate team. They base their hiring/interview process solely on assessments. The most unprofessional and disrespectful part was them retracting the interview that was already confirmed based on said assessment results. Assessments do not reflect a candidates skillset, capabilities, or allow you to get to know what a potential recruit can offer to the team, nor get to know them as a person. Their hiring process needs to be changed ASAP, it's beyond unprofessional.
