Non-Foods Marketing interview questions

Applied on Indeed, had interview with two people. Let them know my minimum salary requirement and it was a firm minimum however they asked me to come in for a second interview and offered me the position but lower salary. No room for negotiation, no vacation days until after a year and health benefits very expensive. They choose to start interviewing again to find someone for a lower salary. Happy how things went since I started a new job last week with better benefits and more pay.
