Non existent. Not much of an interview and never had a performance review in 2.5 yrs with the company. Very unprofessional. Had I had a standard interview, I'm fairly confident I would not have taken the position.

Was not an interview to say the least, was brought into the operation managers office. Sat down introduced myself and was shown the parts they manufacture and given a plant tour.
