Unresponsive and drawn out interview process. Had a good primary interview with recruiter before final interviews on 3 separate zoom calls with a GM, Tech Sales Manager, and Multimodal Team Manager. All the final interviews went well and was told to be on alert for a final decision that day or the next. Each time hiring team did not contact me and ignored emails or calls about hiring updates. Only further contact that was made was asking if I was available for interviews to join another team. Not sure if I was used to hit an interviewing quota but having enough respect to inform someone whether they got the job should be basic decency.
