Good, more of a personality interview, felt like they were screening for team fit rather than just merit. Most of the questions that they asked were more psych style questions, rather than quantitative ones.

Several Job related questions where asked a long with discussion about personal interest and family. Almost every level of management was involved with the interview process. This interview style was very good because there was a lot of talk and revelation of interpersonal skills.
