Recruiter contacted me. I don't know how he found me. He failed to show up to the first scheduled screening call. I then met with the hiring manager, service lead, a quality engineer and finally did a 30 min presentation to a panel of 4 people.

Question 1
The most difficult question was "Why is Noah only hiring for this role when they received an FDA warning letter 8 months ago?" I also asked Noah "in their opinion, is Noah sufficiently responding to the warning letter?" The FDA warning letter is available from the FDA website.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Noah Medical in Aug 2025
Interview
Quick, efficient and communicative interview process. Starts out with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a panel. Everyone was helpful and seemed friendly, from the recruiter to the hiring manager and everyone on the panel.
3 rounds: recruiter call, hiring manager meeting, and on-site panel interview. Very respectful people. Interviews mostly involved technically breaking down my own projects and answering standard behavioral questions and hypotheticals.
