This review is for the application process and not for the interview.I am not sure my application was even reviewed by a human or an AI. If it was an AI, the hiring team needs to check their algorithm. I say this because I received comments regarding spacing in my first page, CV length was 5 pages etc from the cofounder (or AI, not sure).
If time was (apparently) taken to review my CV, a highly technical/clinical individual who is excited by cardiology, would actually offer me insights on what skills/experience I lack for the role. That would have been far more useful!
