It was pretty straight forward. After they contact me they first asked me if I was okay with the salary which was $800 (Really low for an american company even if they hiring in LATAM) then they asked you to join their slack and asked to do a internet speed test, english test and a design challenge, after that we had an zoom interview and then they asked me to retake the design test.

The interview was well organized, the interviewer was polite and professional. They gave me on-the-spot design test task. There also was an English test. We were communicating through a temporary Slack channel dedicated for this occasion.
