Nivis interview questions

Applied for RF Engineer position. HR requested phone interview with Hiring Manager. Next interview was Skype interview with Hiring Manager, another Manager, former RF Engineer and HR. I received very good job offer after the second interivew. However, I felt something suspicious in this process. HR asked me if I will accept job offer or they will need to look for another candidate because new project is coming. We agreed that I will check company and location first before I will make decision. When I arrived by my own expences, HR filled all paperwork and my first wokr day started. Hiring manager did not give me any job, and informed that they can not pay me and other employer for the same job. Hiring manager asked me not to communicate with current RF Engineer, because they will ask him to leave job involunteary. Hiring Manager asked me to arrive to work at 6:30 am, because he is very busy and does not have time to talk with me during other time. I think that they overladed current emplyer, because sometime they work 14 hours per day.. I was a witness that one day they started work at 7 am insted of 9 am, because ordered wrong part. Please beware of this company, and do not repeat my mistakes to trust them.

Initially contacted through e-mail about the position by the HR. Was set up for initial phone screen which lasted for 15 min. Got selected for second round and arranged for a Skype interview since I was not local. The skype interview lasted for 40 min with 2 people asking questions specific to my resume. After this interview, I was contacted by the HR for my visa status. I answered them and after one week, I was notified that I was not selected
