Nitro Games interview questions

They made me a quick interview by phone, then sent me a test to be done in several days, i spent several days doing it, then they replied me saying they really liked my test results, i made another interview and then they rejected me, the reason they said it was cause lack of chemistry, literally that was their reason, which i find amazing, in the interview they told me for them chemistry was the most important overall, so looks like it is better if you have good jokes to tell than your tech skills
