Nissan Graduate Program interview questions

Really unorganised process. I went 4 months without hearing anything and upon checking my progress on the portal it said I’d made it to the next stage, however I received a generic email declining me. This was a role I was overqualified for too so I would’ve appreciated feedback. They’re also really difficult to get a hold of and don’t appreciate the time and effort the applications take, which reflects badly on the company.

El proceso duró cerca de 4 semanas. Primero entrevista telefónica, después la realización de un test de inglés y otro de competencias, después una dinámica de grupo (con otras 9 personas), después otra entrevista más con RRHH y finalmente la última con el manager. Proceso demasiado largo para después no obtener una respuesta positiva.
