I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen (Mumbai) in Mar 2014
Interview
2 rounds of Telephonic interview, followed by the written Test which you need to clear first.
Telephonic rounds for PM&D division I never understood what they want. Truly speaking I know people working there who almost have never seen the window of the software which they use, prior to working over here, but those guys get chances. People who really know very less statistics they also work over there. So the mystery of PM&D division I don't know. Though I never worked in that division, but truly speaking they don't need people who are too good in statistics, they need people who are very order followers and very less salary expectations.
The Data Science team as a team is really good, interview process is not complicated they ask you relevant questions you answer you get the job as simple as that, obviously here you won't be doing any statistical modeling

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen (Bangkok) in Mar 2018
Interview
They asked to complete a case study and present a case study to a team. Then follow by a generic questions about introduce yourself, why apply etc. The interview seems to focus more on the technical aspects of how you read and interpret the data more. I was asked a lot of questions how I interpret the data and what would I do if I am the owner of the company.
