Very disappointing. Contacted by H.R. and asked to come in that week. Spoke with an older European woman, whom was brought in to rebuild this location. She was a self-professed 'fixer'. Did a tour of the building and discussed a lot of Quality issues they had here and in Mexico Plant. Their reputation was a mess due to poor quality. (Honestly, locally most people knew they had major Quality Issues for decades). My background and experience were exactly what she wanted. Had me come back the next day to talk with Operations Manager. She wanted me immediately at the end of our discussion, unscripted, and stated she wanted me. Discussion with Operation Manager went fine. Called called back a 3rd time to take with a chubby guy running their Warranty and Quality for over 10 years. Instead of talking about quality, the guy tried to trash talk. BIG turn off. It seemed if Hired in, I would've been his boss, but he was very negative in his conversations. From my perspective, this entrenched guy (ford decades) was a large problem with their Quality there. Very disappointing.
