Interview
I was welcomed into the building by the foreman into a rather large room. He then phoned another woman onto a conference call to conduct the interview. The interview lasted roughly 30 minutes. They would ask questions between the two of them - sort of ping-ponging off of each other. I felt the questions were really good - very practical, fitting, and thought provoking. I was then given a tour of the building with a thorough explanation of what they did there. Overall, it was a really great interview.

Interview
Emailed the hiring manager my resume and with a timely response set me up and interview with two individuals in an office. The interview was very laid back, almost too laid back. They didn't seem entirely prepared.
