The NiceJob interview process was different than any other interview. I was emailed right after I applied and asked to an record and initial video interview getting to know me. A few days later I reciever an email to record in a second video interview to see if I was a culture match. Nicejob provided questions for both interviews and asked you to record 1 minute videos responding. I enjoyed the interview process but found it slightly difficult to really show my personality though these series of 1 minute videos.
