I didn't get a job offer after the first interview, but kept applying and did get hired on the second try. The interview was different and kinda awkward like they'd never interviewed someone before.

Asked about me, described company in great detail. Made company sound so fantastic which turned out to be completely false. Misrepresented the way the company works. They have high turnover and to me morale seemed very low
