3 steps:
1. on paper exam. topics i can remember were threads, processes, desighn patterns.
2. If you pass step 1 - a 2.5 hours project assignment , done in place.
3. finally - hr interview.

They gave a piece of code with processes and\threads and asked what will be written when running it.
They gave me an assignment in Java and Spring. The assignment wasn't clear, and I was supposed to use mock data, but they didn't mention that. they give 24 hours

It was an assignment to write a microservice with restapi
Two technical interviews , the first is remote (1 hour) and the other is on site (4 hours).
I think that the interviewers could have respected the time I invested in the process and write the short feedback I have asked for.
