Interview
Standard format: first was an initial phone screen with the IT Manager of Americas. That led to a Teams interview with him and the VP of Technology. After that, though was radio silence. Even if I weren't chosen to meet with the CEO, the professional choice would be to at least reject me via email rather than ghosting.
