Interview
The interview was very detailed in regards to the training I had recieved, also the type of equipment I was most familiar with. The hiring process took awhile. After my interview the hiring stopped for a bit. The interview was more in depth compared to work quality. There are not enough qualified people handling the interviews.

I was asked which certifications were in date.
I was ask if I could pass a drug test at any given time.
