Very thorough, with questions asked about my history in the business and experience, what type of equipment I have experience with and what type of repairs I have done.
Also what my goals are and what my future looks like " we're do you see yourself in ten years"
We sat and talked about my past experience. I also told them what I needed help getting better on and areas Id like to improve on. For the most part it was a fairly easy interview
