First, HR screening took place, it was followed by theoretical Written Test, which included subjective questions related to mechanical engineering. Then the technical interview was scheduled where basic to moderate level technical questions were asked. After that CEO had an interaction with me.

Applied via LinkedIn. Got call from HR. Scheduled appointment at the Factory Location the next day. Offered very little increment over my current pay. (Single digit increment) Didn't work out. Declined. Company established long back (2004 I guess) Still seems to be struggling. All the best to CEO and employees for future. 👍
