I applied online. I interviewed at Next Step Living
Interview
After applying online for another job, I was told via email that I might be a good fit for another position. I had a phone interview, followed by two one-on-one in person interviews. The phone interview was very laid back. (Although I still recommend preparing for it by re-reading the job description a few times and thinking about why you would make sense for that role, going over their website, and looking up interview questions.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were fairly standard.
As long as you research the company, its mission, and standard interview questions prior, nothing will throw you off.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Next Step Living (Boston, MA) in Jan 2013
Interview
They put me threw 2 phone interviews and then set me up to meet one of their VPs for a one on one interview. After passing that they have you go to Boston for another round of interviews with all their department heads. After that they send you on your way and you wait a week and a half for them to contact you.

Give me an example of a time in a previous job were you overcame objections during a sale and tell us what you sold and if sale lasted and was not cancelled.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Next Step Living (Boston, MA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied online through Indeed.com and received a phone call 3 days later. The initial screen call was very simple; a reflection on my prior work history and experience.
Follow up email to arrange an in person interview.
The interview was relatively in formal
