I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NexTraq (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Very informal, mostly a basic screening of developer skills over the phone, followed by a basic test with a 48 hour window to complete. No weird algorithms, just questions and a test designed to see how well you would mesh with the development standards within the company.

Question 1
How would you rate your skill as a developer on a scale of 1-10? How would you go about teaching someone one to two levels below you how to reach your level?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NexTraq (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2009
Interview
I was asked to visit onsite directly by the hiring manager. Had 3 different interviews with PM hiring manager and Lead developer. Few were technical, few asking about previous work ex in detail. Also asked about college projects and how I could benefit the team etc. We discussed about the work that was going on in the company etc.
