I was referred for this position by a friend of a friend. The first step in the process was a phone screen with an HR rep Following that I did three in office interviews for thirty minutes each with employees in the sales department there.

Question 1
I was asked to name a marketing tool that they offered through their SmartSource Magazine. It was asked to make sure that I had done my research so I would recommend getting to know the basics of their product offering before going in.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at News America Marketing (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Phone screen, first round interview (3 interviews), final round interview (multiple in-person interviews)
All interviews were more of a personality test. They are trying to get to know you as a person and are not as concerned with your knowledge of the industry/company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at News America Marketing (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied for the position via the website. A current Account Associate contacted me a week later to set up a phone interview. We chatted briefly (maybe around 30 minutes), covering basic interview questions. The interview was very sales-focused as the role is essentially a sales position. All questions revolved around sales, which were difficult for me because (1) I had no experience in sales and (2) I don't have too much interest in sales. He ended by saying that if they don't contact me in 48 hours I did not move on to the next round.
