Hiring is through connections, although they advertise it using websites, and social networks, it mostly is through connections.
The interview is honest about the type of work expected, and responsibilities required.

What is CDP ?
The interviewer asked me what is CDP ? It is was really unexpected question :), I tried to explain what it does, though the interviewer was asking how it works ?
Finally it turned out the reason behind the question is to see how much thought I have put in my studies, which was a great lesson learned. I got the job though :)
