Interview
First step is HR then call with manager. Next step is in person interviews at their Chicago headquarters. The process was fairly smooth, but the in person interview was with several people which I felt went well because everyone was very friendly and did not ask anything too far out of the realm.

I was asked about past experiences. They seemed to care about personality, but they seemed to care more about your experience, which I had a decent background for the entry position, so I am not sure what they were looking for.
