1. Round one was with the recruiter45 minutes.
2. Interview with the Director of Product
3. Online technical evaluation, had 2 questions to answer in 1 hour.
The HR did not give feedback, in spite of sending
so many follow up emails. The least that they can do is respond irrespective of the outcome. Very disappointing and disrespectful
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Newforma (Lévis, QC) in Jan 2023
Interview
Screening interview was done, then a homework assignment was sent with multi part questions regarding front end, and backend questions. The homework assignment was timed but overall not difficult if you know general code. Then I had another interview with the team to get to know them more and see if it was a fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Newforma (De Zoom) in Nov 2024
Interview
Quite messy and disorganized. Essentially, it consisted of 1-1 casual meetings with different members of the team, all spread out with 1-2 week gaps. Majority of the people were new and from outside of the AEC industry. Vision could not be clearly articulated and growth plans/role responsibilities were not detailed.
