I started with an initial call from HR. This screening took about an hour. At the conclusion of the call the HR rep asked when I would be able to meet with the person I would be supporting. About 3 days later I spoke with her- a conversation that lasted about 20 mins (super casual). At the conclusion of this I was told I would be set up for a panel interview- and never received a call back until about 2 weeks later. In the time between a former employee applied and received an offer. The HR rep did set up an additional (get to know you) with the department head, and they stated they would keep my order on file. Overall a great experience- obviously bummed I didn't get the job, but I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the department head as well.
