Phone interview followed by an in person interview with the Plant Manager and 6 Division Managers. One of the seven individuals appeared to have been involved in a hiring position previously, the remaining individuals clearly had not. The staff present read canned interview questions that appear to have been printed off the internet. None of the questions really pertained to the position or interviewees experience or resume.
