I applied through my university in January and had a 30 minute phone interview in March. A week later they invited me to a final interview in Atlanta. There were about 20 other college seniors interviewing for various positions there. I had two 30/40 minute interviews with other chemists. It was pretty conversational and everyone was really nice. Two weeks later I was rejected but the company is great and I will definitely keep checking for opportunities in the future.
