With he recruiter pretty straightforward questions. You'll be set to meet with the department managers after this initial interview. Come with questions to avoid a short interview and awkward silence. Also look into what new things the hospital is implementing to show your interest

Question 1
Why do you want to work in the Emergency room? Do you know which location you applied to? Was there a time in clinical where you had to correct a staff member of your clinical site and what did you do? Why NYP?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
Interview
The process was fairly fast. I applied for the the Brooklyn location. The same day, heard back from the recruiter and scheduled a brief, "get to know me interview" for a few days later. After the conversation with the recruiter, an interview was scheduled the same week via Zoom with at least four people. The interview lasted about 45mins and felt more like a conversation. A week after the interview, I was offered a position.
