I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
I interview at NYPH, the process took little less than 2 months. First contacted by HR, then team meeting (few people in one call), assignment, meeting with the head of department, finally complete silence.
Their assignment is not really an assignment, it's a month deck that needs to be prepared for the c-management level. So very unfair to give it to candidates as an assignment. The worse is they will Ruch all the process for the applicants to get to the assignment part, once you submit it. They will schedule a so called interview to make you feel that you're still in the hiring process, but after that it will be complete silence.
When applicant spent hours to prepare/work for free for your department a financial deck for free (so call it's part of the interview process), show respect in return to give an answer does not matter positive or negative to their application. One email response won't cost you 3minutes.
