Phone Screen then Joint zoom with the CEO and Another Executive. Zoom consisted of getting grilled for an hour attempting to gain insight into how to improve their archaic processes and then I was ghosted without even an auto generated denial email. As a recruiter myself I was extremely disappointed with how poorly handled the process was
